The 2008 release of our Estate EVOO is GONE. Thanks to all of you who slather this oil on your yummies!

We’re set to release the 2009 Estate in the next 3 weeks, 100% certified organic.  We’re just waiting for the blend to settle out (and for the labels to arrive), then it’s yours.  I’ll have tasting notes available in the next few days so you can know what I’m tasting in the oil.

My initial impressions are that the new Estate oil is FAR superior to the 2008 release. Lots more fruitiness, a touch more bitterness and a super olivey flavor. It ROCKS.
